When writing a review…

provide a balance of information and opinion.

you could include good points (What I liked) and bad points (What
I disliked).
Ø
do NOT describe the whole plot, as this is inappropriate. Summarise it and give specific examples of
why it will be enjoyed (or not…).
Ø
use the present tense to narrate the plot.

make your recommendation clear in the final sentence or paragraph.
